JLPTのような、法務省より日本語教育機関の告示基準に規定する日本語能力を証明する試験として認められている試験は全部で１０種類あります。また、これらはの試験は国内でも受験可能であり、成績証明書は公的な証明書として、就職や進学などの際にも使用できます。日本語能力試験は年2回しか受験できないため、転職時など必要なときにすぐに結果を知ることはできません。年6回受験できるものや 随時受験できるものもあります。下記一覧をご確認ください。

From March 25 to April 2, I visited Nepal to serve as an instructor for a training program for Japanese language teachers held as part of J-cert's promotional activities in five cities. The training was conducted with the cooperation of four local study abroad consultancies in Nepal, including Hardford Education Pvt. Ltd. and with the support of ECAN, HONS, and other national consultancy associations in Nepal.

（私がお聞きしただけで）シンガポール、広島、秋田、奈良、大阪など幅広い地域から、日本語教師、キャリアコンサルタント、企業支援団体、企業の人事担当者など総勢13名にご参加いただきました。皆様のご協力により、大変活気のある実りあるワークショップとなりました。心より感謝申し上げます。
ワークを体験していただいた後に、活用のアイデアをグループ内で話し合いました。外国人と日本人との異文化コミュニケーション・トレーニングの導入に使ったり、やさしい日本語のセミナーの前のアイスブレイクに使ったりと、参加者の皆さんから様々なアイディアが生まれました。活用の可能性は無限大なので、ぜひご自身の活動フィールドで活かしていただきたいと思います。
参加者の方からのコメントにもありましたが、外国人を受け入れる企業は増えている一方で、受け入れ企業に対するサポートはまだ十分だといえません。これからは、外国籍の方と長く接してきた日本語教師や支援者の知識や経験が必ず必要になってくると思います。専門知識や得意分野をお互いに共有しながら、長くつながっていけたらうれしく思います。
